Outline General Contractors, Inc. is a design-build construction company founded in 2019 in a small town within the San Francisco Bay Area known as El Cerrito, California. Founded by Chief Estimator and Project Manager Luis Perez Morales, an expert in the construction industry, with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling.
